Booking your vacation rental with us is easy as one two three...

1. Check the calendar for availability
2. Send us an Inquiry with all the information filled in
3. We send you the information and follow up with a phone call to answer questions

It is really that simple. Please make sure to provide a phone number, we will not rent to anyone without a follow up phone call. Thisgives us the opportunity to speak to our potential gust and find out exactly what you are looking for. Please check our main page for listed seasonal discounts as they will be posted there. We do accept credit cards for a small processing fee, please inquire.

Once you have confirmed your reservation and returned the signed rules and regulation the process will move along as fallows:

• You will receive address and instructions to our rental units
• You will also receive the rental units phone # and the phone # of our property manager
• We will coordinate your arrival with our property manager and give her your cell number
• We ask for your travel itinerary to follow up in the event you are late due to delays in flight
• The property manager will meet you at the rental unit, give you a walk through and answer questions
• The owners will usually touch bases with you on day two of your stay to ensure everything is ok
• The property manager will once again meet you at the rental unit and collect keys and remotes to front gate
• The property manager will inventory the rental unit and process an ok to return your deposit
• We will return your deposit with an invoice of your expenses

We are a owner operated vacation rental property. Our focus is in customer service and ensuring you enjoy your stay with us. The property owners are in constant contact with the property manager and can also be reached in the event the property manager is not reachable. We are with you form the inquiry to your departure and follow up to make sure you were happy with the accommodations. We do have guest list for each unit and ask that you visit them and give us a testimonial of your stay with us.
